The MLT will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory science, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results.nn Responsibilities:nn Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in areas such as hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and blood bank.nCollect

and process specimens (blood, urine, tissues, etc.) for analysis.nOperate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.nEnsure quality control and assurance procedures are followed to maintain accurate and reliable test results.nAnalyze and interpret laboratory test results.nPrepare and report findings to healthcare providers.nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.nMaintain accurate records of laboratory tests and procedures.nAdhere to laboratory safety and infection control protocols.
