Position SummaryThe Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering outstanding support to our customers while providing essential administrative assistance to our logistics operations. This position involves daily interaction through web-based portals, data entry, and direct communication, working closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist both customers and internal logistics teams with scheduling inquiries, shipment tracking, and general service questions, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing strong attention to detail and data entry skills. Communicate effectively to resolve issues, support internal teams, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service team members to improve service efficiency, accuracy, and workflow processes.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or client support, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with office procedures, data entry practices, and Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—is required. The ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential. Multilingual abilities are considered a plus but are not required.
Experience in the transportation, logistics industry is a plus.
