We are hiring for a UV Trenchless Lining Lead to oversee the field crew and installation of trenchless pipe liners using UV curing technology. This role requires technical expertise in operating specialized CIPP and UV curing equipment, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.

• Lead and supervise the field crew, plan daily work activities, and ensure full compliance with safety protocols.
• Prepare residential job sites, including overseeing liner preparation and insertion of resin-saturated materials into damaged pipelines.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust UV curing equipment, gauges, and software to maintain proper curing conditions.
• Conduct pre- and post-installation pipeline inspections using cameras and locating systems to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving curing systems, robotic cutters, pumps, generators, and related tools; perform routine maintenance and calibration.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including materials used, curing logs, inspection reports, and safety records.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and company regulations to maintain a safe and efficient jobsite.

• Completes projects on schedule with minimal rework and efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Maintains accurate, complete, and timely documentation.
• Quickly resolves equipment and curing issues to prevent project delays.

• Strong understanding of plumbing and piping systems, trenchless technology, and related equipment
• Hands‑on experience with UV CIPP systems is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in pipe lining, construction, utilities, or a related field required; leadership or crew lead experience is a plus.
• Chauffeur’s license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs., kneel, crawl, work in confined spaces, and perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and proven teamwork and communication abilities.
