We’re looking for an experienced Sewer & Drain Lead Installer to take ownership of residential and light commercial sewer and drain replacement projects. This role is hands‑on and leadership‑driven; you’ll lead jobs from start to finish, ensure work is done right the first time, and mentor crew members in the field.

- Successfully lead sewer and drain replacement projects from start to finish
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, local codes, and permit requirements
- Diagnose sewer and drain issues and determine the correct installation approach
- Keep jobs on schedule while maintaining quality and safety
- Train and guide installers and helpers on proper techniques and job expectations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate clearly with customers, inspectors, and internal teams
- Jobs are completed correctly the first time with minimal callbacks
- Crews are productive, organized, and know what’s expected on each job
- Customers feel informed and confident in the work being performed
- Inspections pass without rework
- Equipment and materials are used efficiently with minimal waste
- Safety standards are followed consistently

- 3+ years of sewer and drain installation experience
- Proven ability to lead or oversee job sites
- Strong understanding of sewer materials, fittings, grading, and code compliance
- Ability to operate excavation equipment or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
