Inside Sales Entry Level

We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Mon–Thurs: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Fri: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
• Pre‑qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer

• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness, Solar)
• Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role
• A self‑motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary

$16 – $18 hourly + commission
