We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to support a portfolio of standard and some High-Net-Worth clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing complex personal insurance programs, and building trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Service and manage a book of standard & High-Net-Worth personal lines accounts
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries with accuracy and care
- Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless coverage and client support
- Familiarity with carriers such as Chubb, Pure, Berkley One, Cincinnati Executive, Haggerty, etc.
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Prior experience using AMS
