This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Troy, MI. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, showcasing vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The role requires collaboration with the sales team as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and staying updated on the latest vehicle features and industry trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to understand vehicle specifications, features, and benefits to educate and guide customers
• Customer service experience and dedication to providing positive experiences
• Motivation to meet goals, learn continuously, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive products or the ability to learn quickly
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus but not required
