Life Insurance Sales Associate

Overview

At Alpha Crest Agency, we’re building a fast-growing life insurance agency in Troy, Michigan, and we’re hiring in-person agents who are hungry to win. This is a performance-based opportunity for driven individuals who want to build a real career in sales, backed by a team that invests in you. This is not a salary and not remote.

• Paid leads (inbound + outbound teams)
• Licensing costs
• Office space
• Systems, scripts, and backend tools
• One-week training program (graduate early if you perform)
• Ongoing mentorship and accountability

• Flexible schedule based on skillset, BUT we’re primarily looking for full-time
• Training can be done while you’re studying for your license so you can launch immediately after passing
• If you’re licensed, experienced, or just hungry — we’ll get you producing fast

• Join our inbound or outbound sales team (we place you based on fit)
• Call, qualify, and enroll families into life insurance coverage
• Use our office, systems, and leads to close deals
• Grow your skillset through direct mentorship
• Be part of a team that’s upgrading fast and focused on long-term growth

• Must be 18+,
  no felonies
  , and eligible for a life insurance license
• Coachable
  , dependable, and willing to follow proven systems
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work in-person in Troy, MI (no remote)

• Commission-only (average agent earns ~$3,000/month once active)
