B2B Outside Sales Representative
Full-Time Pay: $60,000-$100,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Job Summary

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused B2B Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, helping customers solve problems, and closing deals. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience prospecting for new business and increasing revenue within an assigned sales territory. If you are a hunter, love building your pipeline, and crushing your sales goals, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Build strong relationships with commercial clients across your assigned territory
  • Grow new business through proactive outreach, networking, site visits, and working your prospecting plan
  • Develop existing accounts through discussion and facility assessments, provide service proposals (bids) for cleaning and restoration services
  • Deliver prompt, professional communication to customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Utilize a CRM to log activity and keep yourself on track
  • Partner with Operations to ensure seamless job execution and exceptional customer experiences
  • Support clients when concerns arise to ensure timely resolution
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, activity expectations, and revenue goals
What You Bring
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Experience in commercial services, property management, facilities, contractor relationships, or related industries is a plus
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is helpful
  • A competitive, self-driven mindset with strong follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and problem solving skills
  • A valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
