We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team and revolutionize the way we connect with brokers. No experience? No problem! The training is on us.

• Partnership Building:
  Proactively reach out to mortgage brokers through cold calling and personalized communication to introduce them to our platform.
• Cultivate Relationships:
  Build strong, long‑lasting partnerships with brokers by understanding their needs and providing them with the support they need to succeed.
• Maintain Your Pipeline:
  Keep our CRM updated with your progress and all communication with partners to ensure a seamless process.

• This is a full‑time, office‑based position in a modern, comfortable environment at our office in Troy, Michigan.
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work‑life balance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Recent graduate (preferred) or 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Associate’s degree (required).

• Annual Salary:
  Starting from $50,000 and bonus.
