What This Position is All About
Under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations (AGMO), the Return Associate is responsible for facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of our specialized work groups.
Who You Are- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift cartons and handle racks and carts of merchandise, lifting up to 15 pounds.
- Knowledge of POS and strong computer skills (Google, MS Office) with adaptability to changing technology.
- Can work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi‑tasking with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as per business needs and adhere to dependability standards.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and keeps personal work space organized.
- Ability to influence the team to follow store policies and procedures to help in decision‑making.
- Daily functions including but not limited to:
- Opening and closing the digital return register.
- Maintaining a neat and organized environment.
- Following protocols on policy and procedures for processing returns, adjustments, and assisting in reconciling reports.
- Ensuring product is secured to standard.
- Maintaining the integrity of product by ensuring all .com returns are separated, organized and secure.
- Resolving customer issues both internal and external.

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $17.05
–$21.32 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Compensation for this role varies by geographic location and reflects multiple markets, including higher‑cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
