Job Overview
Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) for the General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style teams.
Job Responsibilities- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for guests
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office operations as needed
