Clinic SnapshotPractice type: General Practice (Small Animal)
Avg. daily patient volume: ~11–14 patients per doctor
Support staff ratio: Approximately 2:1
Case mix: Wellness and preventative care, sick visits, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and diagnostics
Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, surgical suite
Team culture: Collaborative, supportive, respectful, and refreshingly low on chaos

$120,000 - $140,000 annual salary + production bonus

You are a veterinarian who is:
Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships

Committed to continuous growth and excellence
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
