• Practice type: General Practice (Small Animal)
• Avg. daily patient volume: ~11-14 patients per doctor
• Support staff ratio: Approximately 2:1
• Case mix: Wellness and preventative care, sick visits, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and diagnostics
• Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, in-house laboratory, surgical suite
• Team culture: Collaborative, supportive, respectful, and refreshingly low on chaos

• $120,000 - $140,000 annual salary + production bonus

You are a veterinarian who is:

• Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and client-education skills
