We’re seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to support the Nursing Resource Pool. In this role, you’ll work with a dynamic group of RNs, Nursing Assistants, and Sitters, collaborating across various hospital units to deliver exceptional care.

The Nurse Supervisor coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization in a cost‑effective manner. They collaborate to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and departments. The Nurse Supervisor represents organizational leadership across all venues on a 24‑hour basis and collaborates to make decisions and act on behalf of the leadership team.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) – Required.
• Three years of relevant clinical nursing experience – Required.
• One year of relevant formal nursing leadership experience for external applicants – Required.
• One year of relevant demonstrated informal leadership experience for internal applicants (may include Charge Lead Nurse, Charge Nurse responsibilities, leadership on behalf of unit/site/system at Shared Governance Council) – Required.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) – Required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required.
