Marketing Manager (B2B – Manufacturing/Industrial)
📍 Fully Onsite in Troy, Michigan
Our client is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive integrated marketing strategy across our product portfolio. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to support growth initiatives, strengthen our brand, and deliver effective campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You’ll oversee direct reports and ensure our marketing output is consistent, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated B2B marketing programs that support product awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Manage and develop a team of designers, content marketers and coordinators, providing clear direction, feedback, and workflow oversight.
- Oversee creative direction and brand consistency across all marketing assets, including digital content, print collateral, product literature, and sales tools.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate technical product details into clear, compelling customer value propositions.
- Collaborate with Sales to align messaging, support GTM priorities, and ensure marketing materials meet field needs.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new product development (NPD), including launch strategy, campaign execution, internal communications, and market rollout.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including website updates, email campaigns, paid media, analytics, and content development.
- Manage print marketing projects, vendor relationships, and production schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Maintain an organized, well‑sequenced project pipeline and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and act as a key partner in driving organizational alignment around marketing priorities.
- 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environments (required).
- Experience managing direct reports or leading a small creative/marketing team.
- Strong background in campaign development, creative direction, content creation, and brand management.
- Demonstrated success overseeing trade shows and field marketing activities.
- Familiarity with GTM planning, NPD workflows, and cross-functional product launch processes.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content systems.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.
