We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will work 2‑3 days per week in our Troy, MI office with 10‑20% travel. This role is part of a hybrid team that drives world‑class marketing across our global brands including DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, and others.
The JobAs a Marketing Manager you will lead a high‑performing regional marketing team, develop and execute strong campaign messaging with measurable impact, and foster a results‑oriented, fast‑paced collaborative work culture. You will design B2B marketing strategies for North America, build relationships with colleagues, key customers, and partners, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and application engineering.

- Design effective B2B marketing strategies for North America with robust measurement frameworks
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, key customers, and partners
- Effectively coordinate with multiple functions including sales, engineering, vertical, and application engineering
- Serve as primary go‑to person and strategic leader for campaign messaging, creative development, and market positioning across all marketing initiatives
- Create and implement compelling, data‑driven content strategies that resonate with target audiences, support sales enablement efforts, and establish thought leadership in key vertical markets

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with demonstrated leadership success
- Extensive knowledge of B2B business environments; knowledge of automotive, heavy engineering, and construction industries is beneficial
- Proven success in developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies with measurable results
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
