Fuller’s Troy, MI facility (formerly ND Industries). This on-site, entry-level role involves operating processing equipment, handling materials, and completing quality checks under supervision. The position offers hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with structured training.
** Reactor Operator Trainee
**** Troy, Mi/ On-Site
**** 1st Shift – 7:00a – 3:30pm**### Primary Responsibilities
* Prepare, stage, and transfer raw materials and packaging per batch instructions
* Operate and monitor reactors and processing equipment per SOPs
* Measure and add specified material quantities to vessels
* Perform initial product testing and document results against specifications
* Label, package, palletize, and transport finished goods
* Record production and quality data accurately in required systems
* Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment and work areas
* Communicate process deviations, safety concerns, or equipment issues###

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience
* Ability to read instructions, perform basic math, and interpret simple charts
* Ability to safely operate or be trained to operate a forklift/HI-LO
* Authorization to work in the United States### Preferred Requirements
* Experience in chemical, adhesive, or batch manufacturing
* Prior forklift certification
* Familiarity with GMP, EHS, or regulated quality standards
* Experience maintaining production or quality records

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $20.00-$ addition to your salary, H.B.
