Steady Day Shift
Choose a reliable Monday-Friday schedule with one of the following start times:
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

On-the-Job Training
We'll train you to use a variety of tools and machines, and teach you how to work with wood veneer. No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn.
As a Production Associate, you will:
- Operate a hot iron to apply wood veneer (for 7am start time only)
- Perform detailed hand work with care and accuracy
- Follow step-by-step instructions
- Learn multiple machines and processes
- Hand-Eye Coordination and Fine Motor skills (Most positions)
This is a hands-on job that requires focus, precision, and a positive attitude.

- Comfortable using your hands for small, careful work (for 7am shift only)
