This is a full-time, on-site Machinist role based in Troy, MI. The Machinist will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of various machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components. Daily tasks include reading blueprints, programming and operating CNC machines/ manual lathes/mills, inspecting finished products for accuracy, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficiency. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, collaborating with the team, and upholding safety and quality standards in the manufacturing processes.

Qualifications- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, manual lathes, and mills
- Experience with blueprint reading, precision measurement tools, and technical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and set up machining equipment
- Attention to detail, time management, and commitment to safety practices
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to work with various metals and materials
- Previous experience in manufacturing environments is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or certifications in machining are beneficial
