• Carrying out replacement and repair time studies following the documented process and procedures specific to the vehicles.
• Working with the service information authoring team to solidify the removal and installation procedures and times for the service manual.
• Documenting warranty time study information.
• This role will be responsible for performing the tasks of a technician by carrying out time studies and documenting the process.
• Working with engineering to develop new and existing technology.

• Minimum of 5+ years working in automotive repair in a dealership
• Proficiency in technical English writing styles and procedures
• High school diploma or GED
• Eager to learn and grow your automotive knowledge
