• Lead maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC fleet, focusing on large tonnage air conditioning systems and chillers
• Serve as primary technician for large systems, responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and repairs
• Research obsolete parts and assess refrigeration conversion options
• Support remote monitoring system transitions
• Mentor and train new technicians
• Contribute to our Turnkey program for chiller and large AC rentals
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field, or 5-7 years experience with large HVAC and chillers
• Proven repair and diagnosis skills in HVAC systems
• Universal Certification required
• Leadership and consultative skills
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Preferred: 1-2 years in purchasing/supply chain, manufacturing experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., pass DOT physical and drug test, valid driver’s license, clean MVR, background check

• Rotating on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays during peak seasons; travel may be required. Overtime and double-time pay applicable.
