Associate Attorney

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Troy, MI. The Associate Attorney will manage case files, provide legal counsel, conduct legal research, and draft and review legal documents. Responsibilities also include offering thorough legal analysis, representing clients in negotiations and mediations, and assisting with trial preparation and courtroom representation. The role will involve working closely with a team of experienced attorneys across various legal practice areas.

• Proficiency in Law, including case management and trial preparation
• Expertise in conducting Research and Legal Writing
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan and in good standing with the Michigan Bar
• Experience in insurance defense or litigation is a plus
