150 Law Firm has an immediate opportunity for Conflicts Attorney in their Metro Detroit office.
The conflicts attorney will manage NBI, its processes, compliance and assist with risk management, as well as work closely with the firm's Conflicts Analysts. Salary will thoughtfully reflect the value brought to the position thru experience and skill.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining knowledge of moral, ethical and legal risk, current rules
- Review conflicts and analysis reports
- Prepare waivers and ethical walls
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years experience with NBI matters and conflict resolution
- JD with active bar license, in good standing
- Knowledge of conflicts process, technology, automation
- Understand conflicts of interests risks
