Associate Attorney

Paletz Law is a collaborative, fast-paced firm located in Troy, MI. We primarily practice landlord-tenant law, bankruptcy, civil rights defense, and general civil litigation. Our firm does not offer a typical experience for younger attorneys as we are team-oriented with a supportive work environment focused on training and mentorship with regular access to senior attorneys. This position offers an excellent opportunity for advancement and to gain courtroom experience.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The position will primarily entail court appearances via Zoom and in-person, drafting pleadings and correspondence, negotiation, problem-solving, client communications, legal research and document review.

Paletz Law will interview those who have recently passed the MI Bar as well as those with up to five years of experience for this position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
