Secotools is looking for a manager to lead the Digital Sales growth and Engagement in the Region for all customer十分 segments.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Digital growth गये collaborate with the Regional Mgt team and marketing to develop comprehensive digital growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, considering technical feasibility and implementation requirements, including EDI, punch out, e-commerce, and API integrations.
Engagement – develop customer engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions and relationships across digital platforms and channels and support our customer transition over to a digital business model. Leveraging our technical tools and solutions for best customer experiences.
Analyze – identify, analyze, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our Digital Sales and e-commerce and service offer. Take necessary actions to drive financial success. Use data‑driven insights to guide our implementation strategies and assess effectiveness across different channels.
Technical implementation – oversee and collaborate with SMS and Seco IT to ensure effective implementation and integration between customer and partners procurement systems and the Seco online store, focusing on EDI, punch out, e‑commerce, and API technologies.
Regional Mgt team – be the Digital Sales voice within the Regional Mgt Sales team and communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on financial performance and strategic impact of our Digital Sales activities. Bring regional requirements and ideas into Digital Sales for the conceptualization and development of new digital solutions and services.
Services – drive and develop sales volumes for our Inventory Management Service offer.
Become a true champion of change management, inspiring and supporting customers in their digital buying transformation journey.
Oversee the financial aspects of the team, including purchasing, forecasting, budgeting review, and follow‑up.
Be + a solution‑oriented team رپورٹ looking for pragmatic approaches for complex challenges. Take ownership and accountability for the entire area of responsibility. Lead and develop people and competences needed to drive Digital Sales growth in the Region. Manage recruitment and ensure development plans are in place, together with regular performance follow‑ups. Work actively with feedback on performance and safeguard Sandvik leadership core values.

QualificationsUniversity degree in Information Systems or Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and implementing e‑commerce strategies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret e‑commerce data and metrics and make informed Nadu decisions. Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and proficiency in data analysis, with experience in technical data integration preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and regional/global teams, including technical teams and senior management. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for customer‑centric problem solving, particularly in the context of digital technology and e‑commerce.
ExperiencesProven experience in Digital Sales (B2B), focusing on growth and engagement strategies, and technical implementation, including EDI, punch out, e‑commerce, and API integrations.
Project management experience to oversee the development and implementation of e‑commerce initiatives is preferred.
Experience leading teams or working with cross‑functional teams will be an added advantage.
