Job Description:Job Responsibilities:
- Manage software requests
- Maintain data continuity within HAM Pro, including HW Models
- Responsible for the HW assets defined within the scope of their area
- Record and maintain HW assets within the Repository
- Monitor the HW repository for accuracy & consistency
- Analyze HW data and create reports
- Collect and retain HW asset data for risk and cost assessment
- 5 Years of experience required
Remarks:
Please note HAM Pro is the Hardware Asset Management tool in Service Now. Therefore, Service Now experience is required.
