What You’ll Do- Strategic Partnership:
Act as the trusted advisor and right hand to the Americas HR Director, ensuring our global HR programs and policies are seamlessly implemented and tailored to regional needs. - HR Excellence:
Lead and harmonize HR processes across Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Data & Analytics, Learning & Development, Labor & Payroll, and HRIS to guarantee best-in-class, standardized practices. - Continuous Improvement:
Champion the HR “customer experience” by embedding best practices and driving ongoing enhancements in all HR areas. - Succession & Talent:
Collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen succession planning and identify critical skills for current and future business success. - Workforce Planning:
Partner with Finance, Sales, Program Management, Industrial, and other teams to anticipate workforce needs and proactively shape HR strategies. - Change Leadership:
Be a catalyst for positive change, challenging the status quo and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Future-Focused:
Promote a forward-looking HR mindset that aligns people capabilities with business growth, competitiveness, and future organizational design.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s in HR or business is a plus. - Experience:
Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in an industrial or matrixed environment. - Skills:
- Strong command of English;
Spanish is a plus. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to influence and build alignment across multiple countries and stakeholders.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically across the Americas.
- Strong command of English;
