We’re seeking sales minded professionals to join us in our expansion!

Requirements for the position:
- Able to work a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week IN OFFICE)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field required
- Experience cold calling & engaging candidates on job opportunities.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers
- Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Strong relationship building capabilities

- Ability to sell in a consultative style
- Strong prospecting or sourcing skills
- Ability to communicate with different personalities
- Result-oriented and motivated in nature
- Capacity to build strong working relationships
