Front Office Manager

We are seeking a Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team at OMPT Specialists, Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, enhancing patient experiences, and supporting our commitment to outstanding service in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service.
• Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Schedule support staff and approve time cards
• Process Medical Records requests

Requirements

• Proven experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
