Overview

Residential Home Health and Hospice ("Residential") is looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Weekend Hospice Registered Nurses collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans in a team-based environment. This position supports patients in Troy and surrounding areas and may include a $10,000 first year success bonus for achieving key milestones during the first year.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 9:30am – 9:30pm.

Provide management and delivery of patient care plans in a team-based Hospice setting. Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care for weekend coverage.

• RN license in the state where you work
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• Ability to self-manage time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

The low end of the compensation range includes salary and first year success bonus; the high end includes productivity bonuses and premium pay for additional shifts (after hours, weekends, on-call). Compensation potential varies by market.
