4 West is a 50‑bed, fast‑paced unit that specializes in providing compassionate, high‑quality care to medical and surgical patients, including colorectal, bariatric, otolaryngology, urology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, trauma, and general surgical patients.

Provide care to patients according to the plan of care, unit routine, and hospital policy under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Safely transport patients via wheelchair or stretcher, provide dispatch services, and document services. Perform observer duties for patients requiring constant observation, either in person or via remote video monitoring, to maximize safety. Assist with general receptionist and clerical duties to support efficient nursing unit operations.

Document care provided in the electronic medical record.

This position requires a full week of corporate orientation. The schedule is Monday‑Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. You will be required to attend the entire week consecutively.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire
• Current CNA certification preferred
