Director Clinical Nurse

Corporate Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide clinical leadership, regulatory oversight, and quality assurance support across multiple facilities in Assisted Living. This role partners with facility leadership to ensure high standards of patient care, compliance with state and federal regulations, and operational stability. Regional travel is expected.

• Serve as interim Director of Nursing or Wellness Director as needed.
• Support facility leadership with clinical oversight and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Develop and deliver staff education and training programs.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and nursing standards of care.
• Lead and support survey readiness, audits, and complaint investigations.
• Identify clinical risk areas and implement corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance on best practices to reduce clinical and regulatory risk.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; current CPR certification.
• 7+ years' Experience in Assisted Living and Long-Term Care environments.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
