• Location/Type: Statewide MI
  • Field-based (travel required)
• Pay: $25/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours

• Visit patients in their homes—not in exam rooms

• Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits

• Focus on prevention, not reaction

• Build real patient relationships—no rushing

• Support seniors and families where they live

• Use your clinical skills where they matter most

• 1+ year as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)

• 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine

• Comfortable traveling to patient homes

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits

• Pay: $25/hour

• Health, dental, vision, 401(k)

• Paid mileage and travel time

• PTO and paid holidays

• Full-time, weekdays

• Travel required across Michigan

• Charting via modern EMR tools
