Full Time – Evening Shift.
Scope of WorkUnder general supervision and according to established policies and procedures performs diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques. Follows Beaumont philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.
Qualifications- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years clinical experience beyond staff radiographer level.
- Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT (R) (MR); additional MR certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Must remain in good standing with the ARRT.
- Technologists working in their modality before 2008 are exempt from additional modality certification.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire through the American Heart Association.
- CRT-Radiation Therapist – ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist; or CRT-Radiographer – ARRT; or CRT
- Sonographer – ARRT; or CRT
- Sonographer – ARDMS; or CRT-Nuc Med Technologist – ARRT; or CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist – NMTCB; or CRT-Vascular Technologist – ARDMS; or CRT-Musculoskeletal – ARDMS; or CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist – ARRT/ARMRIT; 1 year required.
