Part-Time Fertility Medical Assistant

We are currently seeking aPart-Time Medical Assistant with a strong background inhigh-volume phlebotomyto join our motivated and results-driven healthcare team.

• Perform high-volume phlebotomy (70+ draws per day)
• Enter patient data accurately into electronic systems
• Assist physicians with procedures including:
  • Inseminations
  • Hysterosalpingograms
  • Hysteroscopies
  • Oocyte retrievals
    (On-the-job training provided for these procedures)
• Clean and sterilize equipment using autoclave
• Stock and maintain exam rooms
• Schedule surgeries and coordinate patient appointments

• 20–25 hours/week, based on patient volume
• Monday–Friday, with shifts starting as early as5:30 AM
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
  • Weekend/Holiday shifts:5:30 AM – 10:30 AM

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certification in medical assisting or phlebotomyhighly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a medical assistant with high-volume phlebotomy
• Strong venipuncture skills, including ability to draw from difficult patients
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer data entry and retrieval
• Reliable and punctual, with flexibility for early morning shifts
