Loan Officers + LOAs

USA Mortgage Plan is growing fast and were adding both Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants (No NMLS required). If youre hungry, coachable, and want a real opportunity to produce and grow, wed like to talk.

Position 1:
Mortgage Loan Officer (LO) d NMLS Required

Responsibilities

• Take inbound leads and follow up quickly on new opportunities
• Complete applications, analyze borrower goals, and structure loan options
• Educate borrowers on programs (Conventional/FHA/VA, etc.)
• Manage a pipeline from lead to close with consistent communication
• Work closely with processing/underwriting to clear conditions and fund loans
• Follow all compliance requirements and company policies

Requirements

• Active NMLS/SAFE license (required)
• Strong phone skills and ability to work a pipeline daily
• Experience with CRM/LOS (Arive preferred, not required)

Position 2:
Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) No NMLS Required

Responsibilities

• Support LOs by managing tasks, follow-ups, and file organization
• Call/text/email borrowers to request and collect documents
• Track outstanding items, update notes, and keep files moving forward
• Coordinate with processors, title, insurance, and third parties
• Maintain clean, accurate files in the CRM/LOS (Arive preferred)

Compliance Note (Important)

This LOA role does not require an NMLS license. LOAs will not quote rates/terms or take full applications unless they are licensed.

Requirements

• Organized, fast, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with daily borrower follow-up (calls/texts/emails)
• Mortgage/real estate/admin experience is a plus (not required if you learn fast)
