The Opportunity:- Lead our Trust & Estate practice, advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families
- Play a key role in practice growth, strategic planning, and thought leadership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, attorneys, and financial advisors
- Manage and review complex estate & trust, gift, and fiduciary income tax engagements
- Manage IRS and state matters, including POAs and correspondence
- Research and apply estate and trust tax guidance
- Mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, people‑first culture
- 10+ years of relevant tax experience
- Specialized experience in estate, gift, trust, and fiduciary tax services
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA license and/or Juris Doctor (JD) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with estate & gift tax software and fiduciary accounting systems
- Proficiency in CCH Axcess and Pro System fx Engagement a plus
