The Transaction Services team supports private equity firms, founder-led businesses, and investors across all phases of the deal process. Typical projects include:

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy-side & sell-side)
• Historical accounting clean-up for transactions
• Acting as a liaison during due diligence
• General diligence on acquisition targets
• Financial modeling

• Lead and support Transaction Services engagements
• Prepare analysis, reports, and client deliverables
• Enhance internal workflows and tools
• Contribute to business development
• Participate in strategic planning and firm operations
• Mentor and train junior team members

• 4+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience
• Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm in the TAS/FDD practice group
• CPA required
• Background in audit is a plus
