Mortgage Technology Specialist

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of mortgage technology platforms, including loan origination systems and underwriting tools.
• Support the integration of FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines into automated processes to streamline loan approvals and documentation.
• Conduct detailed credit analysis and review loan files for compliance with Fair Housing regulations, TILA (Truth in Lending Act), and other federal requirements.
• Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to troubleshoot system issues, improve workflows, and enhance user experience.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, escrow information, and loan processing activities within digital platforms.
• Provide training and technical support to staff on mortgage software applications, ensuring proficiency in TILA disclosures, loan processing steps, and basic math calculations such as 10-key typing.
• Monitor mortgage servicing systems for accuracy, ensuring adherence to banking standards and regulatory compliance.

• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations, credit analysis, and loan processing procedures.
• Experience with Dialpad, Bonzo, Calltools, Arrive, and Leadbox preferred
• Familiarity with financial services or banking environments with a focus on mortgage products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and provide user support.
