Blumark Financial Advisors is looking for a goal-oriented individual to join our Financial Planning team. We are a boutique firm offering holistic solutions to assist our clients in attaining their long-term financial goals. If you are growth-minded and looking to develop your career while assisting clients in their growth, we are the firm you want to join. This is a full-time position which can be done in office and/or hybrid.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist Advisors in plan preparation and client service using Money Guide Pro and Wealth Studios.
- Follow up with new clients to ensure planning process goes smoothly and in timely manner.
- Prep for Case Study with the advisors.
- Sitting in on and participating in client meetings.
- Help advisors build out potential financial options for clients.
- Troubleshoot issues and broken links with Money Guide Pro and Wealth Studios and provide solutions.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or related area; or equivalent experience
- Willing to get the FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- Financial certifications such as a CFP; BFA, ChFP, etc. would be considered an advantage
- Strong skills with MS Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM software will be mandatory
- Demonstrable organizational skills and the ability to multi-task is required
- Experience training and leading others is an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
