Venteon Finance is currently seeking a FINANCIAL ANALYST for a stable and profitable client in Oakland County.
REQUIREMENTS of the Financial Analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of Finance / FP&A experience
- Inventory experience
- Advanced skills with Excel, Power
BI exposure a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Financial Analyst role
- Analyze financial data to evaluate business performance, trends, and variances
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements
