• Serve as a consultative resource for plan compliance matters for both ERISA and Non-ERISA plans, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Provide technical expertise regarding plan design, compliance, and due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal colleagues and external plan sponsors
• Create training materials for the professional development of field colleagues related to qualified plan administration and compliance
• Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and legislative changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues

• 15+ years of success in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and M&A due diligence
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and correction programs
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues using available resources
• Bachelor's Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
