Mortgage Pros is hiring future (and current) Mortgage Loan Officers!
*** No NMLS license required to apply…we will pay you while you train…and we will guide you step by step through getting licensed***
This role is built for motivated people who like helping others, can communicate confidently, and want a real career path with strong income upside. If you are coachable, consistent, and comfortable talking with clients on the phone, you can succeed here…even if you have never worked in mortgages.
What you will do during training…
Learn mortgage basics, guidelines, and how to structure loan options
Shadow experienced Loan Officers and process partners to see real deals end to end
Practice client conversations, needs analysis, and how to present solutions clearly
Work inbound and outbound lead flow with coaching and scripting
Build daily habits for pipeline management, follow up, and documentation
Prepare for and complete your NMLS licensing with our paid training and support
After licensing, you will transition into a Mortgage Loan Officer role with a performance based compensation plan and continued mentorship.
This is for you if you are…
Not currently licensed…and want a paid path into the mortgage industry
Driven, dependable, and comfortable in a goal driven environment
Strong at relationship building and follow up
Excited to learn sales, finance, and how to guide clients through major life decisions
This is not the right post if you already have an active NMLS license.
If you are already licensed, please apply to our Licensed Loan Officer posting instead.
Why Mortgage Pros…
Paid training and structured onboarding
Hands on coaching, mentorship, and daily support
Clear career path from trainee to licensed Loan Officer
Team culture built on transparency, growth, and doing the right thing
