This full-time, on-site Loan Officer Assistant role is located in Sterling Heights, MI. The Loan Officer Assistant supports loan officers by managing administrative tasks, assisting with documentation, and ensuring loan files are complete and accurate. Responsibilities include maintaining client communication, coordinating with the underwriting team, and providing exceptional customer service to assist applicants throughout the loan process.

• Experience with Loan Officers and fundamental knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
• Familiarity with Underwriting processes and related documentation requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, professional environment
• Basic to proficiency in mortgage processing software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
