Loan Officer – Ease Mortgage (Remote / Nationwide)

Ease Mortgage is actively hiring Licensed Loan Officers who want more control over their income, flexibility in how they work, and a platform built to support producers.

This role is ideal for originators who are self-driven, relationship-focused, and ready to grow within a modern mortgage brokerage.

• Originate residential mortgage loans including purchase and refinance transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, buyers, and referral partners
• Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to close
• Structure loan options that meet borrower needs while maintaining compliance
• Leverage Ease Mortgage’s operational support and technology to close efficiently

• Active NMLS license (multi-state a plus)
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage Originator
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and production
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
