New Way Lending is hiring experienced and licensed mortgage loan officers for both refinance and purchase loan officer positions. We provide fresh leads daily, helping you succeed in the competitive mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Licensing: You must have a valid NMLS license to help clients with mortgage loans.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry or in a sales role.
  • Strong Sales Skills: You should be able to build relationships, generate leads, and close loans successfully in a competitive market.
  • Customer-Focused: You need excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients reach their home ownership goals.
  • Detail-Oriented: You should be organized and able to manage multiple loans and tasks at the same time.
  • Problem Solving: You must be able to analyze financial information and recommend the best loan options for clients.
  • Technical Skills: You should be comfortable using mortgage loan software, CRM tools, and basic office programs.
  • Team Player: You need to work well with other team members, including underwriters, processors, and support staff.
  • Qualifications

  • NMLS License: Required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong desire to succeed, with a proactive and driven attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and clearly explain complex financial data.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Professional, effective, and approachable when interacting with clients and colleagues.
