Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical development engineering activities required to develop competitive products.
• Develop the structure of the mechanical system from the architecture and consider the measures from the risk analysis in the construction.
• Break down structures into subsystems and components and create a detailed product specification.
• Check whether existing subsystems and components can be reused.
• Develop alternative structures and select the one that is most suitable.
• Ensure double-sided traceability with the mechanical architecture and provide work results under a configuration management (material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• 3 – 5 years of engineering experience in the automotive industry
• Experience working with new and emerging technology
• Strong analytical skills
• Stong English communication skills
• Customer focus
• Experience with e-motors preferred
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship
