ADAS CAE Engineer

We are looking for an experienced ADAS CAE Engineer to support the development, simulation, and validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in CAE simulation tools and a deep understanding of ADAS sensor technologies, vehicle dynamics, and system integration to ensure safe and reliable vehicle performance.

• Perform CAE simulations to evaluate and optimize ADAS performance, including sensor placement, field of view, and detection accuracy.
• Conduct virtual validation and verification of ADAS features such as lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, and blind-spot detection.
• Work closely with hardware and software teams to integrate CAE results into the ADAS development cycle.
• Develop and maintain simulation models for radar, lidar, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors.
• Analyze test and simulation data to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Support model-based design and parameter tuning for real-world driving conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including controls, software, systems, and testing engineers.
• Document simulation methodologies, results, and recommendations for design improvements.

• 3+ years of experience in CAE engineering with a focus on ADAS or autonomous driving systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS technologies (radar, lidar, camera, ultrasonic) and related vehicle systems.
• Proficiency in CAE tools such as Car Maker, MATLAB/Simulink, Adams, ANSYS, or similar simulation software.
• Experience in sensor modeling, vehicle dynamics modeling, and environment simulation.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards and ADAS validation processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
