Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the PCB market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.

    Present PCB solutions, capabilities, and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for PCB vendors and manufacturing partners.
  • Understand vendor capabilities, lead times, pricing structures, and technical constraints.
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly to vendors and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely execution of orders and resolve any production or quality issues.
  • Document findings from reverse ‐ engineered products and communicate insights to internal engineering and product teams.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the internal engineering team to interpret customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between engineering and vendors to ensure accurate execution of PCB designs.
Customer Support & Project Execution
  • Manage the end ‐ to ‐ end sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
  • Track project progress, follow up on timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns, provide updates, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in PCB sales, electronics manufacturing, or related technical sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and terminology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship ‐ building skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage complex technical requirements.
  • Self ‐ motivated, target ‐ driven, and comfortable working in a fast ‐ paced environment.
